2009 Minnestoa Twins Highlights

They say that a picture is worth a 1,000 words... if you are reading this blog you can scroll down and see that I never write 1,000 at a time, but in the spirit of recaping the end of year here are a few videos that highlight the 2009 Minnesota Twins Season.

The first reviews the Minnesota Twins Roster and their accomplishments, the 2nd is a video of the crazy Minnesota Twins Fan that ran across the field at the HHH Metrodome during the Twins Yankees Play off game and the last is video and commentary from the Minnesota Twins last game ever at the HHH Metrodome

Seasons Greetings Minnesota Twins Fans!
I'm heading home in just a few days for the Holidays but I wanted to say a quick Happy Holidays to my Minnesota Twins Family first. With all of my Twins Gear bought and wrapped as presents and hopes of Twins Tickets in my stocking dancing through my dreams I am ready to head home to enjoy the holiday with my family.

Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Kwanzaa and a Happy New Year!

Minnesota Twins Tickets make great Holiday Gifts

Stressing about what to get your friends and family for the holidays? Sick of spending hours in lines at the Mall of America? Wish your Holiday Shopping was done?

I have the solution to all of these... Buy Minnesota Twins Tickets online. Lots of ticket sites have Great Deals on Minnesota Twins Tickets for Target Field, I know that it seems that the baseball season is really far away and giving Twins baseball tickets as gifts in December seems a little crazy, but trust me I can't think of a single person who would not LOVE to unwrap a big box of Minnesota Twins Tickets!

I suggest buying your MN Twins Tickets early though, the closer the season gets (both Holiday and Baseball that is) the more expensive Twins Tickets will become!

The Minnesota Twins hope to retain Joe Mauer

J Mauer at a press conference Although nothing is official yet, there are talks from both the Minnesota Twins Camp and Joe Mauer's people that both parties will be sitting down before the end of the year to work on a contract extension that will keep The Minnesota Twin's hometown boy around for a few more seasons.

The 2010 Minnesota Twins Season is the last of Joe Mauer's 4 year contract, he is set to earn $12.5 Million this season. Reps are saying that he will earn much more if he extends his contract, but no exact numbers have been thrown around yet. Cynics say that nothing exact has been laid out because the Twins are worried about Joe Mauer eating up too much of the salary cap, but I am one Minnesota Twins Optimist that would like to believe Joe Mauer will always be a MN Twin at heart :)

Here is to hoping Twins Fans!

Twins Apparel makes for Great Holiday Gifts!

MN Twins Scrub Pants
MN Twins Hat
Twins Country Hoodie
MN Twins Jersey
On my quest to make others' holiday shopping for me easy, I have made my wish list very short this year... I want Twins Tickets and Twins Apparel. The Minnesota Twins Tickets part should be very easy... go online, type in Twins Tickets and click BUY!

Now as anyone knows, when other people buy you clothes, all be it with the best intentions, it often turns out looking like something that Aunt Erma knitted and less like something that you would actually wear. Therefore, I'm making it really easy.. know someone who wants Twins Gear? These are the pictures of my fave Twins T-shirts and Twins Apparel

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and that means Twins Tickets for everyone...

Ok, so my post title isn't quite how the song goes, but I do think that it raises a great point... Minnesota Twins Tickets make GREAT holiday gifts! First of all, you can avoid the long lines at the mall by shopping for Twins Tickets online, and I can't think of a single person on anyone's shopping list that would not LOVE to receive a set of MN Twins Tickets for Christmas or Hanukkah.

Back to the Title of my post, I have also been doing some thinking and think that i few other holiday songs should be changed...

1) I'll be (at Target Field) for Christmas
2) I'm Dreaming of a Twins-Gift-Filled Christmas
3) Rudolph the Red Nosed Twins Mascot
4) O Come All Ye Twins Fans
