Twins End Winning Streak in San Fransisco

The Twins ended their 8 game win streak last night against the San Francisco Giants. Surprisingly, it was Nick Blackburn to the end the streak even though he has been unbelievable during the month of June. Twins played some pretty spotty defense last night, but I thought they just couldn't get any timely hitting. The Twins will be back at it tonight against the Giants. They're facing Tim Lincecum who has not been pitching well so he hopefully he keeps that up tonight and the Twins get a win.

9 game Twins Homestand could be better than christmas

I am Soooo pumped that the Minnesota Twins are on a 9 Game Homestand. There are still such great Twins Tickets out there for all of the games that I might decide to blow off work and go, not so sure how my boss would feel about that but I would LOVE it. Minnesota Twins Home Games are now my favorite thing, first of all I am in love with Target Field, the seats are better, the food is amazing and baseball should be outside period.

If you are reading this, you probably aren't working or studying or doing what ever productive thing you should be doing so I'm going to go ahead and give you permission to just blow off everything responsible you are supposed to do today or tomorrow and go get yourself to Target Field to take in a Twins Game.

GO TWINKIES!

Minnesota Twins Chicago White Sox Series overall good warm up for the Twins Home Opener

The Minnesota Twins just completed their second road trip of the 2010 Twins Season and they haven't even swung a bat at Target Field. The Minnesota Twins Chicago White Sox 3 game series ended today with a 2-1 series score.

The Twins Roster took on the White Sox after spending the week in California, and despite predictions that the team would be tired and listless, my boys stepped up to the plate (literally). On Friday after long and complicated travels the Twins beat the White Sox 4-3 in extra innings. Saturday the Twins won 2-1 and Sunday after a long stretch of road games the Twins posted their second loss of the season with a 4-5 loss.

The Minnesota Twins Roster and the Twins Coaching Staff will travel home tonight to be ready for tomorrows big Twins Home Opener. If you are looking for Minnesota Twins Tickets there are still a few left, though you are going to spend big money to get them... Tomorrows Twins Home Opener starts at 3:10.

GO TWINS!!

No need to wait for Minnesota Twins Tickets to Exhibition Games, Ticket King has Minnesota Twins Target Field Tickets now!

The Minnesota Twins announced today that single game tickets for the Twins Exhibition Games at Target Field on April 2nd and 3rd are going to be released the general public on February23rd at 10:00 AM.

But there is NO NEED to wait for Target Field Tickets, my favorite Twins Tickets source, Ticket King has Target Field Tickets now! Ticket King is located in both St. Paul (near the Xcel Energy Center) and in Minneapolis (near the Metrodome). Ticket King has great season tickets for Target Field and is already selling seats for the exhibition games and the regular season including the 2010 Twins Home Opener.

I looked this morning and Twins Tickets for the exhibition games are still selling at great prices, but don't wait too long... the closer the game gets and the more press the single game ticket sale gets the more demand there will be and the higher ticket prices will go. Buy Twins Tickets today!

LOVE to Love Valentines Day, Why not LOVE Minnesota Twins Tickets too

His and Hers Twins Tickets
If the red hearts and cupids have not tipped you off, Valentine's Day is just around the corner. With less than a month left until the big day lots of guys are out there looking for the perfect Valentine's Gift to give that special someone. While I'm sure that lots of girls would love to get chocolate for Valentines Day, personally the Best Valentine's Gift in my book would be Minnesota Twins Tickets...

Here is why Twins Tickets make the Best Valentine's Day Gift:
One, I don't have to work off the extra calories at the gym, leaving me more time to spend with that special someone and less resentful that he is messing up New Year's Resolution to stay fit

Two, I won't devour this gift in 5.8 seconds meaning that I can enjoy his thoughtfulness for even longer, giving him added brownie points for when he inevitably screws up

Three, This is something that we can do together, so effectively he has planned two dates with gifts for the price of one

Four, It is a gift for him too

and Five, Minnesota Twins Tickets is the 2nd best 3 little word combination on the planet!

Twins Roster Not Set Yet and Joe Mauer's Twins Future still uncertain...

Joe Mauer high-fiving fans at a Twins GameAfter reaching the Jan. 1 2010 mark, Minnesota Twins Fans are experiencing a double pull of emotions. On one end there is some of the biggest pre-season MN Twins Hype and Excitement there has ever been. On the other end is the anxiety and stress Minnesota Twins Fans are feeling with the unsure future of Joe Mauer, the Golden Boy of the Minnesota Twins Roster.

Joe Mauer, the Minnesota Twins Catcher, is not only a hometown hero, he is an asset to the Minnesota Twins Franchise. Joe Mauer is one of the most consistent and level headed catchers in the MLB, he is calm and collected and makes good decisions under pressure. While he isn't a powerhouse hitter, he has one of the best swings in the league and is fairly consistent. As a catcher he really couldn't be any better. More importantly, Joe Mauer provides leadership and motivation for the Minnesota Twins Roster. As one of the youngest players on the team, and by no means a baseball veteran, Joe Mauer has an ability to lead. In short, we (the Minnesota Twins) NEED Joe Mauer.

On opening day of the 2010 Minnesota Twins Season, Joe Mauer will be entering into the last year of his contract. As of yet, nothing has been signed or negotiated for an extension. The Minnesota Twins are known for not negotiating during the season, due to the distraction it causes. So my best guess... this thing will be decided soon. Joe Mauer's agent is known for polite, drama free negotiations that leave everyone happy. Let's just hope that is the case this time!

Minnesota Twins Tickets make great Holiday Gifts

Stressing about what to get your friends and family for the holidays? Sick of spending hours in lines at the Mall of America? Wish your Holiday Shopping was done?

I have the solution to all of these... Buy Minnesota Twins Tickets online. Lots of ticket sites have Great Deals on Minnesota Twins Tickets for Target Field, I know that it seems that the baseball season is really far away and giving Twins baseball tickets as gifts in December seems a little crazy, but trust me I can't think of a single person who would not LOVE to unwrap a big box of Minnesota Twins Tickets!

I suggest buying your MN Twins Tickets early though, the closer the season gets (both Holiday and Baseball that is) the more expensive Twins Tickets will become!
