The Minnesota Twins and Delmon Young avoided arbitration. The two sides agreed to a one-year contract for 2011, worth $5.375 million. Delmon Young had a breakout season last year, batting .298 with 21 home runs and a team-high 112 RBIs. He made $2.6 million last season. Congratulations to Mr. Young, you earned the raise.
